What is colocation?
Colocation means you own the server hardware and rent rack space, power, cooling and network in our datacenter. We house and connect your machine; you keep full ownership of the hardware.
Which datacenter is used?
Your hardware is racked in a Tier 3 datacenter in Vietnam, operated on Viettel and VNPT IDC infrastructure, with redundant power and network.
Is the power and network redundant?
Yes. Racks are fed by dual power circuits backed by UPS and generators, and the network uses redundant uplinks so a single failure does not take you offline.
How is physical security handled?
The facility runs 24/7 with access-controlled halls, CCTV and on-site staff. Only authorized personnel can reach the racks.
Can I access my server remotely?
Yes. IPKVM gives you remote console access to power-cycle, reinstall and troubleshoot your machine from anywhere, without visiting the datacenter.
Do I get a dedicated IPv4 and rDNS?
Yes. Each colocation plan includes a dedicated IPv4 address, and you can set your own rDNS records. Additional IPv4 addresses are available on request.
How do I get my hardware into the datacenter?
Contact support to arrange delivery or shipping. We receive your hardware, rack it and connect power and network, then confirm remote access details.
What if I need more rack space later?
You can scale from a 1U footprint to 2U and beyond. Contact support and we will arrange additional rack units, power and bandwidth.
